My family and I had a lovely time at The Palms Bay, enjoying the warm hospitality of the staff and the stunning ocean views. The cleanliness of the hotel was a strong positive; however, we found the bathrooms in the rooms quite cramped, which dampened the otherwise great experience. While the highlights were the friendly service and wonderful meals from CJs, the bathroom situation needs improvement.
